Our Traditional German Christmas bread has been recreated with love from an 1812 family recipe. It's a sweet yeast bread packed with raisins, golden raisins, currants, mixed fruit and German Christmas spices. Our Stollen bread is glazed with butter and dusted with powdered sugar. Baked in early November, it's left to age until you can share with family and freinds for the holidays - if you can wait that long!
